Should You Be Allowed to Vote?

You Should Be Allowed to Vote
You got 14/15 questions correct.Generally speaking, you're very well informed. If you vote this election, you'll know exactly who (and what) you'll be voting for. You're likely to have strong opinions, and you have the facts to back them up.

The above were my results! How about you? Find out at http://www.blogthings.com/shouldyoubeallowedtovotequiz/:

Hi Suzan:

Glad you dropped by!

Yes, that's me! Those are the three drums that I mainly play for performances: djembe, conga, and an African bass drum.

Hope you are doing well. I like the new pic with drums. That's really impressing that you can play it. I'm not tallented in instruments :(

About voting, as you know just recently I've moved to US and I have that fresh look to things here. I've noticed bit of mess and many things that doesn't really make sense, like you can have driving license from 16, buy gun from 18 but you can vote from 21. Had it been from me, I would agree on one age number that would legitimize all and pronounced one adult in the light of law.

p.s. I wish i could vote, Obama would be my choice as well :)

take care
Amina

Yes, a lot of things don't make sense here. But every state has some different laws. For example, in one state you must be 18 to drink and in another you must be age 21. Other laws are based on Federal law as opposed to state law, etc.

BTW, Mabrook on your marriage! May Allah (swt) make you both very very happy for a long long time/Ameen.
